Please respect our 24 hr cancellation policy. Our stylists are independent contractors.

If you cancel late - it is difficult for them to fill your spot with a new appointment in a short amount of time.

We allow a 15 minute grace period for your appointment. If you’re going to be late, let us know. If you arrive after the 15 minutes, please be prepared for your appointment to be rescheduled.

Tooth gems + spray tan appointments are 15 minutes long - the grace period does not apply to these appointments.

If you no show to your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the appointment price.

Same day cancellations are also subject to this charge.

To respect everyone in our space, we ask that you refrain from the following:

-Facetime calls w/o headphones.

-Personal or work related calls during your appointment.

-Doom scrolling on tiktok or reels w/o headphones.

If you are using any speech that is hateful or makes anyone in the space uncomfortable - you will be asked to leave.

GBY is a safe, inclusive space. If you have an issue with that, we ask that you please book elsewhere.
